This is about an eight minute remix that doesn’t ever grow boring. This is about the amazing story of a dude. His name – Kissy Sell Out. While on an epic adventure through the blogosphere one day I stumbled upon a surprising track – Kissy Sell Out’s ‘Welcome to the K Hole.’ It was an interesting introduction to KSO, but I could tell that I liked his style. It’s actually sort of hard to find his stuff – but after some serious searching I sort of gave up… until I was blessed with Blue Walrus’ fifth installment of their Step to the Electricity mix which featured a remix of English girl-band All Saint’s ‘Chick Fit.’ It. Blew. My. Mind. Seriously, I didn’t know a remix could be so good.

Anyway, it’s interesting to note that the original song has a few more verses, but Kissy decided to chop up one in his funkadelic shish-kabob. I think that this is one of the secret charms to the remix, allowing the listener to get lulled into the rhythm of the words themselves. If this one doesn’t get stuck in your head, I’ll eat my hat.
